I'm really excited to announce the launch of my new website PrayerMarket.com (with the help of God and some techie friends).
We've created a new prayer community that allows fellow Christians to exchange their prayers, with video of completed prayers appearing on YouTube (so that they can be shared and replayed).
My goal is to allow more people to connect with God through the power of Prayer.
The website is at http://www.prayermarket.com.
I am always trying to make the website better, and am interested in hearing any feedback that you may have.
Thank you & God Bless!

What's the money for? It sounds great but who gets all this prayer money? I shouldn't have to pay money to pray for someone or for someone to pray for me. I think Martin Luther would be offended even lol . Didn't he have a caniption fit because he thought the Church was selling indulgences? Isn't that what you are basically doing?
ReplyDeleteforgive me if I'm wrong.
I also have an issue with the money!
ReplyDeleteI live my life by Eph 6:18, " Pray in the Spirit at all times. Pray with all kinds of prayers, and ask for everything you need. To do this you must always be ready. Never give up. Always pray for all of God's people.”
The last weapon in our armor is prayer, and takes in all sorts of prayer, mental and vocal, public and private; and every branch of it, as deprecation of evils, petitions for good things, and thanksgiving for mercies: and which should be used always: this stands opposed to such who pray not at all, or who have prayed, but have left it off; or who pray only in distress, and it suggests, that a man should pray as often as he has an opportunity; and particularly, that he should make use of it in times of darkness, desertion, and temptation: and this, when performed aright, is performed "in the Spirit"; with the heart, soul, and spirit engaged in it; it is put up with a true heart, and a right spirit, and without hypocrisy; in a spiritual way, and with fervency, and under the influence, and by the assistance of the Spirit of God.

ReplyDeleteMatthew 10 verse 8
Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge)give.
The Lord has given all of us gifts, again in the Bible it states "freely we have been given","freely we should give". It is important to have a site where individuals can ask for prayer, or pray for others. But, respectfully, it is not supposed to be "commercialized", I am not out to make a profit through prayer. I have prayed for many, and many have prayed for me and the Lord has been so good and answered so many prayers (freely) and I am in awe of the Lord and His wondrous merciful love. My heart is heavy when I think that it would come to having to pay for prayer, or being able to earn money praying for someone. The Lord said, that He would take care of "All of Our Needs",to put Him, the Lord first, to reach out and share the Gospel, to lift up others in prayer fervently, and to be there for your fellowman. I will continue to pray as the Lord directs me, and I will believe by Faith, that as long as I strive to do "His Will", that all my needs will be met. My prayer for all is that each of us remembers that Jesus Christ bore all our sins, all our sicknesses, and he sacrificed His life, to save us all!, and to give us all His free gift "Salvation" .
I also agree, paying for prayers and praying other peoples prayers is not in line with God's will.We need to pray for each other daily whether without pay, that's God's will. Using others prayers is not the way either because God wants to hear from our heart. Just pray and ask God to lead you to what he has for you to do,then it will be blessed by God.
